Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly exchange it for you, or issue you a refund. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the original condition as received.

In order to initiate the return process, please contact us within seven days of receipt of merchandise, indicating the reason for which you wish to return the item, and whether you are seeking an exchange or refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. If we are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will process your return request. If the condition of the returned item is deemed unsatisfactory, you may be eligible for a partial refund or no refund at all. Approved refunds will be issued within two business days of approval, via the original method of payment used.

You are responsible for paying all shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Threads of Peru cannot refund, reimburse, or re-send packages that are lost or damaged as a result of shipping. You must make a claim instead with the shipping company selected.
