Qhapaq Change Purse
Hand-woven Peruvian Change Purse - 100% Naturally Dyed Wool with Leather
Size: 14 cm x 12 cm
Fibre: 100% Natural Wool with Locally Sourced Leather; cotton lining; metal zipper closure; hand-knotted pompom pull
This stylish change purse is the perfect “tuck away” piece for storing spare change, cards, and cash while adding an eye-catching touch of Andean flair to your wardrobe!
Drawing inspiration from the vibrant colors and design schemes of the high Andes, the deep black or natural tan of the locally-sourced leather beautifully compliments the combination of carefully chosen, naturally dyed colors with an ancient Quechua pallay (design).
The Qhapaq Change Purse is available in 3 colors, and is finished with cotton lining and a front gold zipper. Pair with our Qhapaq cross-body bag!
*Note: the Qhapaq change purse in Coral actually comes with natural tan leather, and not black as shown.
WHO MADE THIS QHAPAQ CHANGE PURSE?
The fabric for the Qhapaq change purse was woven by the Munay Urpi weavers of Huaran, in the heart of the Sacred Valley. It was then sewn up by local seamstress, Patricia Rios.
