Want to dress like Incan royalty? Well, not really, but the name of our fair trade Peruvian crossbody bag - Qhapaq - actually means "royal" in Quechua, the indigenous language of the Andes!

Our stylish crossbody bag with fold-over clutch style design was intricately woven by hand in 100% wool and alpaca fiber, and finished with a leather bottom and strap.

Your purchase of this Peruvian crossbody bag supports indigenous artisans from the Andean highlands of Peru, and helps keep their cultural traditions alive. Now that's sure to make you feel like royalty!

WHO MADE THIS PERUVIAN CROSSBODY BAG?

The textile for this bag was woven by the Munay Urpi association of weavers in Huaran, and the bag was sewn up by the incredible young mothers at Proyecto Mantay, a local NGO that helps pregnant teenage women raise healthy children and learn useful skills.
